Kossel 250 V-Slot Dual Spool Holder

This is a remix of the spool holder mod for the Kossel 250 V-Slot BSE by Nutmegz.

His design doesn't rely on a fixed spool diameter as the original from Ultibots does.

In comparison to Nutmegz, my design features the ability to hold (and guide) *two* different filaments. This was important for me since I plan to experiment with dual extrusion on that printer.

I also tried to clean up and parametrize the OpenSCAD files.
