Single Start Z Nut Mount (V1.1)

I ordered this stepper http://www.banggood.com/JKM-42mm-Hybrid-Two-Phase-Stepper-Motor-40mm-Length-For-CNC-Router-p-1011710.html. The lead screw is 8mm single start which means the thread pitch is only 2mm instead of the 4mm (2 start) with the motor specified by Tech2C or the more common 8mm (4 start).
