Type A Machines filament feeder re-design

This is a redesign of the terrible spool holder for the Type A Machines Series 1 Printers. The problem with the way the filament enters the feeder is it has a tendency to drag or get unwound. You will need a length of bowden tube to go from the filament holder to the extruder. I redesigned the feeder to give the filament a nice angle to not kink and have a good entry point into the extruder. I also lengthened the top of the entry point because it allows for a really clean entry into the extruder
