Prusa I3 Z axis top holder anti wobble

This is a remix from vbuch's Z-Axis holder, i modified to use with an 12 mm outer diameter - 5 mm inner diameter bearing and shortened the distance between the two holes in order to accommodate to the distance of the prusa i3 rework and the new diameter of the circles.
