Make the print multi-color by printing the layers in:
0mm-2mm blue
2mm-3mm red
3mm-5mm white
5mm-top red

Check the layer divisions in your slicer. If you print in Cura 2.3.0 use:
initial layer 0.32mm and (subsequent) layer height 0.2mm, then
0-9 layers blue
9-14 layers red
14-24 layers white
24-top layers red
