Custom MakerGear_Bootscreen.h file

This is a Custom MakerGear Bootscreen (Splashscren) for use with Marlin Firmware

I created it using MS Paint, and generated the LCD C++ code using the utility on the Marlin Firmware website.

You will need to use a later version of Marlin to be able add this image as a splascreen.

I am using it on my MakerGear M2 which has a RAMBo 1.3L control board running Marlin 1.1.0 RC7 firmware.

Refer to the instructions in the Configuration.h file of the Marlin Firmware (Line 105 in 1.1.0 RC7),
