Super simple semi-auto Z-probe for E3D type extruders

I had a tiny switch from an old musical birthday card so a made this Z-probe. It just slides onto the nozzle and butts up against the heater block. makes for a PROBE_OFFSET that is only in the Z direction. i printed a tiny cone to glue on the button so that my soldered wires wouldn't hit the bed. Works like a charm. FYI, if you are using a delta + marlin and M48 gives good probe repeatability but G29 starts scraping across your build plate, make sure your distance to retract between probings is
