Screwable filament adapter

My filament holder is a tube with a 18mm diameter, but most filament spools have a much larger hole. This leads to a high load on the extruder motor, which has to pull the uncentered weight. So I created this adapter, which ich quite tolerant towards slightli different spool-hole-diameters
