Designed replacement for a Glass Cartridge Fuse aka Buss Fuse 1/4" dia x 1-1/4" long.
Plastic thing is used to hold the contacts and 1/4" dia bar of brass.
Plastic thing provides the correct spacing between the contacts.
Bar is soldered to the contacts which are then inserted into plastic.
