Hilt grip with oval profile and double core holes.

After using my first design for sparring couple of sessions I had to go back rethink the design.

The biggest problem we got during sparring was that no glue I used and easily available, is strong enough to keep PLA bonded to the glasfiber core.
the was no problem with the hilt sliding of lengthwise but twisting.

My new idea is to use two 8mm glasfiber rods as a core to prevent twisting.

I also changed the profile from two parallell sides with a radius in each end to an oval profile.
