Perry the Platypus Cookie Cutter

A stamp type cookie cutter of Perry the Platypus from the kids show "Phineas and Ferb". Please let me know if any improvements are necessary to make it print better or cut cookies better.

Use line width of 0.4mm while printing so the cutting walls are 2 lines thick. Rotate, if necessary, so that the handle side is on the bed.
