PS4 Camera (2016) Samsung TV Adapter

My Samsung TV has a round top edge and the PS4 Camera holder (2016 version) does not hold very well on it. So i created an adapter from the round top to a hard edge for the holder.
It does now hold quite firmly.

This was made for Samsung TV Model UE50F6100 (50'', non smart LCD TV). It may or may not fit other models.
