AO Supaflat modded for additional gear clearance

This is a copy of the Aleph Objects Supaflat X-carriage modified to allow additional clearance for the extruder gear. I found that my Wade's gear was rubbing and I had to shim the extruder assembly up to compensate. This fixes that problem.
