C/D-Bot Direct Drive X-endstop Mount

cfeniak created a direct drive version of his x-carriage to replace the original bowden drive. Those models and some discussion are posted in this thread: http://www.openbuilds.com/threads/c-bot.726/page-37

Further down the thread he posted a second version of the models which includes some additional mounting holes for accessories. This thing is a plate to mount the X endstop to the direct drive X-carriage which is similar to the arrangement spauda01 designed into his bowden X-carriage.
