BL Touch holder for Reach3D

BL Touch Holder for the Reach3D

8.3mm exactly to E3Dv6 nozzle on the Reach3D if BL sensor is flush to the holder.
If stock hot end, just add nuts to adjust.

PS2 : if you do not have an E3Dv6, but stock Reach3D hot end, for now there is no place to attach the cooling fan :/ I'll make a bracket under the front clamp ASAP.
