LaunchPad enclosure (LaunchXL-CC1350)

This is my first pass for an enclosure for the LaunchXL form factor boards (at least the LaunchXL-CC1350). Simple access to GPIO from the bottom. If you want access from the top or make it prettier, feel free to remix and improve :)
