Replacement CD hanger bar

I made this as I received a CD hanging case with lots of missing bars but lots of files. Also the ends keep snapping off the provided bars. Some were also badly moulded!
This bar is also very slightly shorter than the standard ones, as it seems to stop the ends snapping off due to twisting of the file.
