12mm LM12UU Bearing Holder for Lulzbot TAZ 6

TAZ 6 12mm Bearing Holder for LM12UU both the single and double. This was redrawn to hold the STD LM12UU bearings with a outside diam of 21mm.

I have not changed the outer dimensions of the housing, so it should just bolt onto the original Lulzbot TAZ 6
