Epic Stand Mobile Arc Dial

There is already a fine mobile arc dial by [supagoa](http://www.thingiverse.com/supagoa/about) if you are just using the stock large peg base. I made this for friends who use the Shadowcaster on an Epic base. You have to lift the dial halfway up the stand to rotate it. It fits pretty snug on top of the peg base so make sure the Epic stand is in there firmly.
