HIC Prusa I3 Dual Bowden E3D V6 Hotend Extruder Mount w/ 18mm Inductive Probe

I used the backplate from here:

and extruder mount from here:

Modified to add an 18mm probe mount, and use inserts w/ #6-32 machine screws to attach the extruders and the extruder mount to the backplate (total of 7 used).
