E3D Mount for bowden extruder (High Mount)

Here's my idea for a E3D hotend mount, This has been design to mount the hotend as high as possible, allowing more printing room on Z axis. The E3D heat sink fan mount design was inspired by the one on Prusa i3 MK2, i always like how compact it look so i thought might as well make one to suit my Printer.
