Gastly

I have made the first ever ghost type pokemon, Gastly. Gastly's evolutionary line is arguably the best ghost type line in all of Pokemon so naturally who wouldn't want one? The point of creating Gastly is to train him to his full potential and defeat the elite 4 with only this Gastly. That and he'll most likely be for decoration.
