FT-5: Titan/E3D v6/Volcano - Scorpion Layer Fan

This is a layer fan based off the stock FT-5 C-Cooler. This setup is used on the stock shuttle setup with E3D Titan and v6 + Volcano hot end.

Note that there is a size difference between the two models. The longer one is meant for 38mm steppers, the shorter one is meant for 31mm steppers (and smaller)
