Mono Price Select Mini Extruder Lever Arm (overbuilt)

This is a remix of the other lever arm located at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1743385 but this one has had what I feel are some improvements in function, not necessarily "form".

I overbuilt this version because the replacement at the link above basically replicates the same design (with its inherent flaw)

Changes are:

1 - The spline the bearing sits on is far closer to the factory-designed 3.0mm than the original. I made it 2.89mm to allow for users who may not have their unit dial
