Rostock Max v3 EZRStruder Filament Sensor for Octoprint

This is a remix of a basic filament sensor, combining it with the stock EZRStruder bast plate found here:

Simply add an optical sensor and plug it into Octoprint to save yourself from failed prints when the filament runs out
