Print two of these with the least amount of infill that your printer prints correctly, along with enough sidewall for it to be waterproof.

I found that with my printer 4 layers top, bottom and sides with 40% infill works .

Put 550 cord through the middle and it SHOULD float a gopro with waterproof case.
