Z Axis Optical Endstop Trigger

I needed an optical endstop trigger to use with my Ultimaker 2 EX Clone.

I used the Opto front and back support from Denisc: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1471878/#files to mount the optical endstop onto the Z axis Linear shaft.

I then had to design a trigger to activate the endstop which will be mounted to the top of a SC12LUU 12mm Linear Ball Bearing Block.
