Kindle paperwhite one-handed holder

I love the Kindle paperwhite, except for one thing. When reading it one-handed as I do in bed, it is impossible to flick pages. This holder comfortably supports the Paperwhite with your first two fingers and palm, allowing your thumb to flick pages.

Print both parts together and hot-glue or superglue them wherever you feel they might be comfortable. There's a photo of mine in the attached files, this is good for left-handed use.
