XAS Worm Gear Extruder Adapter for MK8 extruder

A simple worm gear adapter for the MK8 extruder. Fits on a Nema 17 stepper motor, and the MK8 extruder drive fits on the side of the gearbox.

Use M5 bolts to fix the screw and the gear. The bearings are 625ZZ.
The bolt for the drive gear needs to be grinded down so that the gear fits.

This is a work in progress, and I haven't tested it yet! Only in simulations.
