Prusa i3 mk2 filament rollers

This is a remix of some rollers I really like, but I improoved some aspects to suit my needs:
- Originals where too tall for my enclosure (ikea stuva frame) so I redesigned arms and did a "low rider" rollers kinda thing :)
- Originals interfered with the Z/X axis movement so I was allways afraid to print objects, I redesing the hooks and shifted filament place a bit so that wouldn't happen, now it's safe to full 200mm Z movement.
- Plastic nuts and bolts where not quite to my liking, I preffe
