Shaft for Opel Astra H defective Recirculation system

This part is designed for fixing the recurring fault of the recirculating system on Opel Astra H caused by excessive torque of the servo onto the internal flap (plastic part cracks).

The reason for failure (imho) is the combination of constructive miscalculation of materials and excessive torque.

A defective flap has a low response speed, can not tightly closes the external air flow and consequently smell / pollution passes easily into the car.
