Andersen Plastic Screen Frame Corner

This replicates an Andersen 3/4" x 7/16" Plastic Screen Frame Corner (Part #PL15757). Created as replacement part when screen was damaged on break in. Much more solid than original.

This is easy to print, a very simple shape, but I printed it very dense as I wanted a hearty part.

Update: I did find the replacement part at Lowes, but I would have the similar complaint: flimsy.
