Fox 32mm dust wiper press

There are several press tools for the 32mm Fox fork dust wipers, and I've printed a couple, but using them I wasn't totally happy with the results, so I came up with my own design. This design works with the old style dust wipers as well as the new. The new dust wipers are really tough to install in the older forks, so I added a guide pin which reaches down to the upper bushing to help hold the dust wiper straight while it's driven in.
