Direct Drive Extruder Carriage for Eustathios Spider V2

This carriage is designed for E3D Titan and E3D V6, with the goal of minimum weight. Therefore the pancake motor and Titan was chosen. It fits 10mm linear rod, not the 8mm rod in original Eustathios V2 design. I also borrowed the idea of two local LEDs from Walter's minimum space invader design. The fan duct snap into the 5015 radical fan without any fasteners.

I printed the parts at 0.15mm layer height 80% infill with PLA.
