Mendel90 Z Manual Adjust

I wanted to have an easy & quick way to adjust the Z height, so I created this thing.

You will need couple of Nylon insert lock nuts, one wing nut, washers, 2 scews. I used imperial #6 screws, 1 inch long.
See pictures for clues on how to put it together.
For the hinge section, I did not have a shorter screw, so I used a lock nut as a spacer
