Prusa I3 Anet A8 dampened NEMA mount adapter

i decided to quiet down my printer a bit by using industrial Nema dampers on the X and Y axis of my Prusa I3, but ran into a bit of a problem: The rear motor hit the subframe of the heated bed when i installed the damper so the X Axis was unable to home. So i decided to design an improved bracket for the X motor to account fort the 4mm thickness of the damper.

UPDATE: Realized the rear motor mount was still transfaring alot of vibrations, so i removed it and replaced it with a piece of cut op
