parametric Bearing (corkscrew-mode printing)

... parametric (openSCAD) linear-bearing for vase-mode-printing.

- the .stl is a lm8uu-sized example, working pretty nice when printed with my sloppy delta :)

- set inner/outer-diameter (may need some try'n'error for perfect fit)
- print in vase-mode (1 perimeter; 0 top/bottom-layer)
- PLA should do the job


update [06.12.2016]:
installed into custom x-carriage at geeetech i3x (a bit longer than lm8luu) and they seem to work pretty nice :)
