CC3D 45mm adapter

My quad has its holes 45mm apart for some reason, needed an adapter to replace the glue gun monstrosity I created to attach the CC3d and get it in the air before I built the printer...so I figured I'd share it with the world and save everyone else the trouble.

Its really basic, but should work. SHOULD also be able to attach to one of the printable cases on here if you've got long enough bolts.
