Lock out part of isolator handle that keeps breaking.

These handles keep breaking when using a hasp and locks to isolate them. In order to replace them we have to purchase the whole handle kit from ABB at around $90 depending on the size of the circuit breaker. These can be printed solid for strength at a cost of $1 depending on material.
