Base for large command hook adapter for vive lighthouse

This is just an addition to the awesomely designed original top piece from christhechris. My addition here is a base piece for those who may not have the command strip bases to go by.

I had nothing to model this by except christhechris' piece and the picture he posted and it seems to have come out pretty great on my end.
