Anet A8 Hotend Cables Support

My first attempt at a contribution. Designed to hold the power and thermistor wires securely to the hotend/extruder assembly. I was worried they may snag on something and fall out. The way I assembled my A8, I didn't have anywhere else suitable to zip tie them to and I wasn't happy with the sticky pad as it kept lifting when hot (although it probably would have been OK). Attaches to 2 existing, vacant, threaded holes on the back of the plate with short M3 screws. Could also be zip tied. Very muc
