Folgertech 2020 Z-Axis Leadscrew Guide Endstopified

This is a derivative of [jmbneaf](http://www.thingiverse.com/jmbneaf/about)'s Z axis bearing lead screw guide from his [Full Lead Screw](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1655273/) build of the Folgertech 2020 i3.

I hacked up the original piece with one of the endstop mounts that Folgertech provided for the printer, as to avoid disassembling the printer to make the modification.
