torch & lock holder for bike

fits 25-27mm Diameter flashlights/torches.
and as I have discovered keeps your bikelock in one place
i used elastic cord to tie it to my handlebar so i can tilt the light up and down easily.
fits all handlebar dia.

PS. you have to flip the object 90 degrees so it lays down.
(inventor problem)

just tested the PLA printed part in minus 18c and then it cracked when squeezing the flashlight in. thats impressive i thought the plastic would become brittle around the -5c mark
