High Tension Replicator 2 Lever Upgrade

This is a revision of the "Spring-loaded Replicator 2 Drive Block" thing#53125 Tension Lever. This revision incorporates a 3mm extension to the spring mounting point for 3mm of added spring compression. Likewise resulting in a higher tension lever to reduce likeliness of slippage between the filament and the ball bearing used in this design.

We made this change due to a problem with slippage resulting in many failed prints. This solves this problem. As well it tends helps with un-kinking pes
