Penny Catapult revised strut

An alternate part for the penny catapult as found in the [Seej 2013 starter set](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:116450). This revised strut has a lip to keep the catapult at the proper width. The Mk2 saves a little plastic by only increasing the size where needed.
