O Scale Rail Bogie for 28mm or 35mm tabletop wargaming.

I picked up a second hand O scale train car and have begun designing a cheap model of the bogies for tabletop wargaming. My goal is to have a 3d printed frame and side panels made of card stock for cheap Warmachine Terrain.
