Better I3 Z axis motor mounts

I made 2 of these.
One taller so it touches the the base.
The other has clamps for the 8mm smooth rod integrated
All are taller than the original

choice of sqweeze clamps or set screw style

set screw has 2.5mm whole so a 3mm screw can grab

i recomend support touching build plate and 50 infill and up
