P3Steel bed auto-level and anti-shake

This was the solution I designed to prevent bed shaking during acceleration movements and also get a fixed auto level solution (no need for software auto level) while still keep the spring suspension protection that was originally installed.
This is done by setting a fixed height for the table set by the printed parts. The original spring protection suspension is kept under the heated bed to provide the under support for the fixed height and the hotend collision protection.
