G Scale Tipper alternate parts

Just a few alternate versions of the parts and a few extra couplers to go with it

Currently are:
- Hub with bearing and bolt detail
- Hub with bearing and bolt through detail
- Multi height coupler
- Multi height coupler narrow back for detail chassis
- Tub with riveted top
- More prototypical chassis

Also included is a preview of the finish tipper 'Bruticus' in 45mm G Gauge
