X Carriage Mod for 3/8" Rod and Bearing for HyperCube 3D Printer

Modify the diameter of parts associated with 10mm anodized aluminum tube to be the 3/8" (9.525mm) tube/rod dimension. 10mm anodized aluminum tube is difficult to find in the US. 3/8" parts are available from at least these sources.
